Using my own personal stories of my struggle with anxiety, I bring others help in the form of scientific, practical, and spiritual de-stressing methods, specifically as it applies to the verse “Do not be anxious about anything…” (Phil. 4:6-7)

Pinterest Perfect Mom Comparison Trap
I bring a light-hearted, humorous blend of relatable #reallife struggles we mom’s face as we are constantly bombarded in this social media age with the comparison trap: never feeling like we measure up, or secretly believing that we’re better than her.
Refine and Restore
Weaving spiritual parallels of the popular movie “Moana,” I bring women on a journey to discover answers to the questions: What is my true purpose? Does God have a dream for me? How do I get closer to God? How do I know if I’m following the right path? Women will leave feeling revived and alive in Christ once again.
But If Not...
Is God still good when life doesn’t work out? Through the pivoting story of my daughter falling out of our two story window, I bring women into their own “but if not” stories and help point them to unending hope found through powerful biblical truths.
Listen To Me Speak!
It’s been my absolute delight to mentor Rachel Swanson through my B.L.A.S.T. Program! She has an incredible passion for God, women, marriage, and family and would make an excellent speaker for your next event!
“A calm and confident speaker, Rachel Swanson is an encourager of women. I loved having her as a guest on The Devoted Dreamers Podcast because of the honesty with which she shares her story. She is both vulnerable and relatable about her struggles in pursuing her dream of writing and speaking and how God has met her in those. Thank you, Rachel, for bringing your encouragement and hope to me and my listeners!”Merritt Onsa
